FAQ
Have questions? Check out our FAQ and Blog for quick answers to common inquiries. Find product details, training tips, and more!
Do I need to train my dog to use the Doggy Bathroom Tray?
Yes! Training your dog to use the Doggy Bathroom Tray is critical. While some dogs may instinctively understand how to use it, others may need more guidance. Checkout our blog and FAQ for lots of training tips and how to get started.
Is my dog's age an issue?
Puppies usually are the best students however, it is possible to train an older dog. It may take more time and patience but most of our customers have had success if their dog is already familiar with pee pads or another indoor potty solution such as artificial grass - all which can be combined with the Doggy Bathroom Tray.
Do you have one for large dogs?
At this time, unfortunately, we don't. The Doggy Bathroom was designed for small breeds weighing up to 20 lbs. We have found that some clients with somewhat larger dogs use our Doggy Bathroom Tray for their female dogs who do not lift their leg, but our recommended weight limit remains at 20 lbs.
Can I use my own pee pads?
Yes. While our pee pads are custom fitted for the Doggy Bathroom, you can also use your own pee pads on the bottom and/or affix them to the rails with our handy clips.
