Where does Doggy Bathroom ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States and internationally. If you live outside of the United States, please email us at info@doggybathroom.com to get a shipping quote. 

Important: Doggy Bathroom will not be responsible for stolen or unretrieved orders if a package shows delivered. We ask that you please closely monitor delivery of your shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $99 in the United States (some exception apply) . Under $99 our standard shipping cost is shown at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us at info@doggybathroom.com

My order has missing items.

We’re sorry if there’s an item missing from your order, please send us an email at info@doggybathroom.com within the first 72 hours upon receiving your purchase and we will fix it right away.
